Returns & Shipping
Customers may return parts or devices purchased from Dogtra within 60 days from the date of purchase for a refund. All products returned must include a proof of purchase, original packaging, and all contents must be in “like-new” condition. After 60 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies for any defects or malfunctioning units.
- Training Units and No Bark Collars must include all original package materials, manuals and accessories to qualify for a refund.
Refund amounts exclude shipping charges or any other add-on charges to and from your location. Credits or refunds are issued within two weeks upon receiving your return and/or upon inspection. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost during transit when being returned, therefore we recommend high-valued items to be returned with tracking and insurance.

**All returns must include your name, billing address, and phone number. A representative of Dogtra will contact you for your payment information for credit/refund after completion of the return process.
Return Policy only applies to customers that purchased parts and devices directly through Dogtra either online at www.dogtra.com or by phone at (888) 811-9111.
Dogtra ships units and parts to the Continental U.S only.
- Orders over $200 dollars qualify for FREE ground shipping going UPS (to the Contiguous US – excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. Territories).
- Online orders will ship within 1-2 business days in the order it was received. Exceptions apply depending on product availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. For more info please see Online Orders below.
- Dogtra is not responsible for any late shipments, including expedited or guaranteed shipping, that do not deliver on time due to holidays, weekends or any delay from the shipping company.
- UPS does not ship to a PO BOX address, therefore a physical address is needed for shipments going UPS.
**Dogtra ships United States Postal Service or UPS depending on the value, weight, and size of the items being shipped.
Online orders will be processed within the next business day and then shipped out within two business days after processing. Exceptions apply depending on product availability. Orders, submitted on weekends or after business hours, are processed the following business day, and orders submitted during business hours are processed on a quick and timely manner so any changes or cancellations may not be guaranteed after your order has been processed for shipment.
You will receive a notification (via email) once you place an order and once your order has been shipped. *Dogtra does not send out any emails except emails regarding your order.
To cancel or change your order you must call 1-888-811-9111 and speak with a representative. Orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be canceled or changed. Please see our Return Policy.
Orders placed over the phone are processed right away or shortly after, therefore changes to phone orders cannot be guaranteed after it has been processed and prepared for shipment.
